Load the content of the MVC Splitter as needed, and not all on page load. This can lead to an increase in overall performance of your applications thanks to loading content in smaller chunks.

Nesting Components

Feel free to place other ASP.NET MVC components inside of each of the Splitter panes. This allows you to create very unique panes that span across your splitter interface.

Orientation

The Splitter can easily fit any application thanks to the ability to have the panes expansion orientation property – allowing panes to be expanded or collapsed vertically or horizontally.

Accessibility

Accessibility can be a large concern in any application. Thanks to the Telerik Splitter component being Section 508 and WCAG guidelines compliant, you can rest easy when adding the component to your application.

Client-side API

Interact with the Splitter MVC component in JavaScript via the client-side API and events providing you with the ability to avoid going back to the server. View demo

What happened to Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC?

As of July 2012 we shipped the last version of Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC and have introduced our next generation ASP.NET MVC product – Kendo UI Complete for ASP.NET MVC which enables you to target both desktop and mobile devices using the cross-platform power of modern HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
