Is there a possibility to use variables in usual (not coded) steps? When the step is recorded we can find recorded value in Properties->Verification area of the step. Can we specify variable instead of the value?

You can try using data driven tests, the verification steps support using data from a datasource.
Page 17 of our QuickStart guide demonstrates how to accomplish this.
