Capture, Cache, Save
Step 1
Download Fiddler Everywhere and capture the outgoing traffic from your agents.
Step 2
Navigate to the Agent Calls tab and find the response you want to cache.
Step 3
Enable the cache functionality for the selected session from the Cache toggle button.
