I’ve posted up two short videos covering a typical AJAX testing scenario: the elements you need to interact with haven’t yet been created – they’re waiting on some other action on the page before they populate from a call back to the server.
AJAX: Working With Dynamically Loaded Elements is the first of the two and shows how to write a simple test to deal with this situation. AJAX: Data Driving Dynamically Loaded Elements is the second. This video expands on the first and shows you how to alter the first test to use data pulled in from an Excel sheet.
