We’re happy to announce that Service Pack 1 for our R1 release of Test Studio 2012 is now live and ready for download. The team did a great amount of work for this release, nearly all of it behind the scenes. (You can read through the release notes here.)

Some of the big wins for this release (from my view!) include:

  • Stabilized handling of file download dialogs during recording and playback
  • Fixed a number of other dialog handling issues (the frequent updates to browsers are as challenging for us as for folks developing web applications!)
  • Added a number of great new features for our Load Testing feature:
    • New metrics
    • Page-specific metrics
    • Export Load results to HTML or Excel
    • Data binding for passing in parameters to load tests

You can get the updated version through your regular account page if you’re a current user. If you’re not a current user, please grab the latest release from our trial downloads page!
