Won't write to Excel

I've been trying to perform the complete steps associated to this documentation and can't get the update to Excel to work:  http://docs.telerik.com/teststudio/advanced-topics/coded-samples/general/write-into-data-source 

I have added a reference to this path\file:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\Visual Studio Tools for Office\PIA\Office14\Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll

What am I doing wrong?

What happens after executing the test? The Excel file is not updated?

I've attached the entire project but it appears to be too big -- how can I get this to you in a size that meets your 2MB limit (which is too small)?

I was able to get this to work.  I didn't have security rights to write to the root of the C: drive.  I switched the output file to be written to the Temp directory and the code worked.
