It looks as though this message is a Windows service error, rather than coming directly from WebUI. Take a look at this link, specifically the 6th reply that begins with "This is caused by the DEP settings in Windows 2003 SP1".
We suggest asking your system administrator to look into this matter further. I hope this helps, please let us know if we may be of further assistance!
Kind regards,

No luck .. changed the DEP setting .. same error …
Any other ideas?
thanks,
C
I'd like to look at this problem on your computer via GoToMeeting. Let me know what time zone you are in and your availability and I'll setup the meeting. I'm in Austin, TX which is Central Time (GMT -6).
Greetings,Cody

I am availble today and off next week. Let me know what I need to do!
Thanks!

I just sent you a GoToMeeting invite. When you click on the link provided it will automatically download and install the small GoToMeeting client software needed. It will take about 2-3 to install this software. When the install is finished it will automatically launch and connect you to the right GoToMeeting session.
I recommend clicking the link at least 5 minutes early so you have enough time to allow the software to install before our 11am CST scheduled meeting.

Sorry .. software installation is not allowed at my work location. I can dial in though, if that works.
thanks

We have identified the problem. The installer is trying to install our Scheduling service as a Windows service on your machine and it is getting Permission Denied during that process. This is a feature recently added to our Dev Edition so that it can be used as a scheduling server for running tests in a build environment.
We are in the process of modifying our installer to make the scheduling service an optional component during the install. When complete you will be able to uncheck this option during the install to avoid the permission problem you are running into.
We need about one more week to put this together. I will notify you as soon as we have a build available for you to download and try again.

I apologize for the delay getting back to you. I just want to inform you our latest release includes install options for the scheduling service. If you select Custom install you can now unselect the Scheduling Service feature. This should overcome the install issue you were having back in December.
Kind regards,
Cody
