Hi Jeff,
We do not have a trial version of the Runtime Edition, however you could install a trial of the QA Edition on your test / build machine to ensure the required files are included. We do not limit the number of machines you can install the QA Edition trial on and it includes the AoTRunner for command line execution as well as the ability to setup a scheduling and execution server for use with the QA Edition's scheduling engine.
