Upgrading WebUI Test Studio

I want to download the latest version of the Test Studio software, but the only resources I'm finding on the web site are for downloading the free trial. Will I have to get relicensed if I download the free trial again?

Is there a place to get the latest version that's not a "trial version"?

Hello Tom,

You can access the non-trial version of the product if there is a purchase associated with your account or it has been associated with a purchase from another. I don't see any purchases associated with your account so if someone else is the license holder please ask him to link your account with the purchase. Once done, you should be able to access all the latest download of the purchased product.

I have a fully licensed product. What do you mean you don't see any purchases associated with my account? I work at GE Intelligent Platforms. Our purchase was completed ~a month ago.

Hi Tom,

The problem is that it seems you have 2 accounts in our system: the one you currently logged this ticket from is for email  thomas.barrett2@ge.com (with double tt) and you didn't do the purchase with this account, that is why you don't see any purchased products for download. There is anouther account at your name  thomas.barret2@ge.com (with single t), for which you are have a purchase and you are a licensed developer and if you log in with it, you will be able to see and download your purchased product Test Studio.

My last name is Barrett, not Barret. Is there some way you can associate the registered product with the correct e-mail address?

Hello Tom,

It seems your license holder misspelled your email address while adding you as a licensed developer initially. This has been corrected now and I see that you have successfully generated a key for the product.
