unable to register to test studio web portal

    Hi,
     I am trying to register to test studio web portal to try out test studio for iOS. I did get an activation email, however when I try to activate using the link, I am getting 
    • The provided verification code was invalid for the given email address.

    Please let me know what am I missing.

    Hello Raja,

    It is not necessary to register, you should be able to login in the Web portal (click here) using your existing account with telerik.

    Please give it a try.

    HI Ivaylo,
      Thanks for your response. Sorry, It did not work. The account that I use to get into www.telerik.com is not working on my.teststudio.com.

    Hello Raja,

    Is your password for the telerik account contain any special characters (i.e. #,$,% etc.)? If yes we have a known issue about that and the workaround will be to temporarily change the password so no special characters are contained, try to log in then. If you succeed, you can then revert to your original password.

    Please let me know if that works for you.

     Yes. That seems to be the issue. I changed the password without special characters and I am able to get in to web portal.
