When tried to run automated test cases in Telerik test studio, I keep getting message showing install extension. Even after installing the extension, I keep see the same message.

Hi Jeff,
Based on the shared screenshot it seems that this is a quite older version of Test Studio you use. Under your Telerik account I can see only one trial of the product which dates back in 2020. Is this the version you use?
Please, note that previous versions of Test Studio cannot be compatible with newer versions of the browsers. So, you can either use the older Test Studio with browser versions relevant to it, or use the latest Test Studio with latest browser versions.
