Unable to launch recorder on IE and FF

Hello everyone,

I have a problem recording with the trial version on Test Studio.

I'm able to record only with Chrome.

When I'm trying to record with IE 11 the browser is openninig and reloading the url but after that I've receiving an error "Unable to launch recorder". I'm attaching the log.

For FF the extensions are not available and can't activate them. I'm attaching screenshot.

I did a quick research and did alot of the solutions described in the forum and described in the documentation as:

Also I have installed VS, Telerik testing framework, Team explorer :)

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Test Studio.

Please note that the log is not attached again. You could zip it before to upload to be sure that it will be uploaded normally. To reduce the size of it and to keep only the information needed on this case - clear the log first then reproduce the problem and then zip and send the application log.

Do you run the product with the administrative rights? 

Which version of Team Explorer did you install? It is important to be 2013 or previous. It can be located and downloaded once you login in to your MSDN account.

For using Firefox - make sure that the Test Studio extensions are installed and enabled. If not installed you could install them manually using directions provided here.
