Unable to install Trail version QA

Am not able to install trail version_QA. Am getting error, please find the attached file for details.

   I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue.

We need to create an installer log. Please follow these instructions in order to create an installer log:

Once you have it send it to us and we'll try to analyze the issue.

Thanks for the link. Am not getting the file "installer.msi" in my system. I did as per the steps. Could you please advice me.

Hi Vin,
     the installer.msi refers to the installer for Test Studio. For instance the installer for QA edition is:
Telerik WebUI TestStudio QA 2010.3.1607_Trial.msi
If you currently don't have it you can download it here:
http://www.telerik.com/downloads/nightbuildfiles/bcah/Telerik.WebUI.TestStudio.QA.2010.3.1607_Trial.msi
Also, you can access all your downloads from your Telerik account.
