I'm sorry to hear the issue persists. I'd like you to follow the steps listed here
to clear your WPF font cache. The article is catered towards a UI issue, however it may be applicable to your crash as well.
I'd like you to download our latest internal build and install that. That link is available on the bottom right of the "Your Account" page at www.telerik.com
. It's possible there was a problem with your original installation.
Beyond that, installing on another machine is a good troubleshooting step to isolate whether the issue is machine-specific.
