Recording rightclick and contexmenus

Hi,

I cant seem to get WebUI Test Studio to record rightclicks. I have teleriks grids with rightclick-contextmenus in the application I am evaluating WebUI against.

Is there any way to record these kinds of steps?

Hi Joakim,

I am sorry the tool does not currently automatically record right click events. You need to manually add a Right Click step using our Element Menu:

1. Hover your mouse over the area/element you want to right click on
2. Wait one second then click on the blue nub that appears
3. Click Mouse Actions
4. Double click Right Click
5. Select either Center or Specific Point. Center will add a "Right Click on the center of the element" step to your test. Specific Point will show crosshairs which you can drag then click the check to select an offset to click on relative to the selected element.
