I downloaded Test Studio QA edition but It doesn't record anything except directly entering URL in the address bar and clicking back button.
I use Windows Vista (32 bit) Business and IE8.
I followed this instruction but I am still getting the same issue.
Please help.

Hello Akira,
Do you have the recorder menu appearing when the browser launches? Also are the add-ons available in your IE as in the attached image?

Yes, I see the recorder menu appearing and also see the add-on.

Hi Akira,
For the automation configuration, if you can please disable UAC for Vista. Also, please try disabling the other Add-Ons for IE. And was any other version of WebUI or the free WebAii Framework installed on this machine?

Hello again Akira,
I forgot to mention that the following Microsoft+Primary+Interoperability+Assemblies+2005.exe attachment will be needed if you don't have Visual Studio installed. Please unzip and run the exe to intstall the MPIA.
Also, I would like to again mention that if there are older WebUI components still installed on your machine, please check your Add/Remove Programs for the following entries:
- Automation Design Canvas 2.0
- WebAii 2.0 and/or WebAii Free Framework
- WebUI Test Studio 2010.1 and if any WebUI Test Studio Q3 version is still installed
For any of the above that are still installed, please uninstall them in that order, then install the newest WebUI Test Studio version again.
