There is an option in Telerik you can use C#/VB.NET scripts for descriptive programming, based on your requirement you will create some reference libraries (.DLL files), those .dll s will be added to project references (as shown in attachment).
In Record tab, you will find Script Step (as shown in attachment).

i am tester precisely using vb script in qtp and i am new of telerik web ui test studio QA then to explain to Descriptive Programming in telerik
have 10 line script is there then how to edit of 10 line script telerik can explain to step by step.Please give sample test data to login page .
