Have installed the Web UI QA edition (Trail). when I tried to open, am getting error. Please find the attached screen shot and advice.

This is a known error and is typically caused by being logged into a Windows User account that attempts to use Telerik Test Studio that does is not a member of the local Administrator group on the machine.
