Is there any way to run a pre test setup/initialisation script? I need to run a stored proc to ensure my test data is reset.

Hi Nabil,
You can add a Script step and move it as a first step in the test. Look for the Script Step option in the RecordView Ribbon Bar. It's positioned right next to the Test As Step option.
