not recording

Good Day,

After installing the software all was working perfectly. But today it wont record text captured using the keyboard. It only records click events...

What could be the problem?

Hello Byron,

So it used to work but now isn't working 100%. Interesting. Can you identify anything that changed... such as new software installed, new toolbars installed, etc? Or did you simply power off your machine, back on and logon and it simply broke?

I think I'd like to look at this problem via GoToMeeting. Let me know what timezone you are in and your availability and I'll setup the meeting. I'm in Austin, TX which is Central Daylight Time (GMT -6).

Hi Cody,

I actually did uninstall a couple things:

• Microsoft SQL Server
• Paint.NET v2.72 
• Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK R2 for Pocket PC 

  Windows Mobile 5.0 SDK R2 for Smartphone

   Reinstalling WebUI Test studio does not fix the issue..
