What you are trying to do is enabling the trace log which I guess will not be what you are looking for, I guess you will need the test execution log instead of the trace log. The other thing that might be valuable for you is not the log but the test results, which you can have exported in excel or word and emailed to as many recipients as you want.
You have two options to proceed depending on what you are looking for:
1. If you need the log you can create an external log file as shown in this article
. Unfortunately in order to proceed you will need to use a coded solution.
2. If you need the results exported and emailed you will need to setup this when configuring the scheduling server (refer to the last section of this article
) and you can specify the email recipients when scheduling the test list
