Hello before anyone points towards the documentation I been trying to go through it and figure it out but my question is which paths should I provide where it asks for the path to SDK and JDK I provided where it was but gets an error can anyone help with that please and thanks.

Figured that part out now I am having this issue with any app I am choosing. I am attaching the picture of that.

For some reason the picture is not attaching but in the log I am getting the error android build tools not found
android jar not found

Hello Etl,
Thank you for sharing details on the difficulties you have faced.
As of the description I guess the application you need to configure is an Android native one. Having that said, you should be using the Built-in Configuration tool provided in Test Studio. However, there are some prerequisite for the application and environment in use in order to use that tool. Please see the list below:
- installed Java SDK 1.8 or later
- clean application project - this means you hadn't previously tried to instrument the application manually and there are no Telerik extensions in the app project's libs folder.
- the application is not downloaded from Google store
- the application is not built in production mode
In addition to these, the machine you will use to configure the application under test, requires running Eclipse and Android Studio to build and deploy the application under test to an Android device.
Having that said, I would like to provide some further details on the topic, listed in the Getting Started guide for testing native mobile apps. I hope these will be helpful to you to find out what you might have missed.
Though, if you continue to have difficulties with the tool or application, please let me know more about the error you get in the built-in config tool and what actions you have performed so far.
