It is possible that the layout settings file is corrupted and thus, the properties pane is missing on your side. If this is indeed the case, to fix it please try changing the layout in Test Studio
between the different options and if necessary reorder the panes to the custom view you previously had. Once you adjust these, please restart Test Studio and verify if the layout is correct.
If it turns out you need to adjust it again, you will most probably have to navigate to the C:\Users\<yourUser>\AppData\Roaming\ArtOfTest
folder and locate the RecordViewLayout.Custom.xml
file. Rename or remove this file in order to force Test Studio to create a new, default one by its next start. Then, you should be able to adjust the panes as you need them and you shouldn't face any further troubles.
In the meantime, if it turns out the file is corrupted, you can zip and send us the RecordViewLayout.Custom.xml
file for further investigation.
