I guess the jobs were scheduled for the future and not currently running - once a job starts its respective file disappears from that folder unless it is a recurring one.
Another reason for the empty folder might be that it is not the correct one - does the configured Scheduling service run under different user
? Do you explore the folders on the machine which hosts the scheduling service?
Please let me know if you see the jobs in the folder if the scheduling service is back up and running?
