Load Testing - Not able to acquire Licensing information

When I attempt to run more than 20 users on our license the Manage Users link is displaying this error.

"We are not able to acquire Licensing information."

We've got 6 licenses so we should be able to run 120 user if I'm correct.  I've attempted to deactivate the license for this account and reactivate but it's still displaying this error.  What am I missing?

I am sorry for the confusion. Test Studio is licensed on a "per machine" basis. 6 licenses allows you to install it on up to 6 different machines (a VM image is counted as a separate machine). Each license comes with 20 VU's by default, but they can not be combined in the fashion you are thinking. To do more than 20 VU's you must purchase a VU pack. Once purchased it is connected to a specific purchase and anyone using a Test Studio license from that purchase may use the VU pack.

I will admit the problem "We are not able to acquire Licensing information" may be a separate technical issue, but until you have purchased a VU pack, it is moot.

Might want to update your documentation because to me this sounds like you have 20 virtual users per license that can be used overall not for an additional $1200 per 100.  Ouch.

Maybe I'm too close to the product, but those two sentences seem crystal clear to me.
