Javascript field can't be handled

I have Javascript control which is initialized when i hover mouse over the link.

But if I run the test, pop-up window doesn't open and test failed with:
"Unable to find the dialog with caption 'Select Values -- Webpage Dialog'"

How this element should be handled?

Hi Alexander,

It seems the Multipicklist button does not appear until you hover over the Enter Value: Activity Status link. You'll have to record a Mouse Hover step from the Elements Menu for the Enter Value link. That way, the Multipicklist button will be visible and ready to click for the next step.
