I've been trying to get this to install and it won't. I have attached the log file. Any ideas?

System is XP Pro SP3 and .Net 3.5 is also installed.

It might do the trick.

I ran through that and cleaned the registry twice. I'm still not able to install. The latest version of the log file is attached.

Hi Chip,
 we've just released the brand new R1 release of Test Studio. You can download it here:
http://www.telerik.com/downloads/productfiles/bbdgc/TestStudio_2011_1_502_Trial.msi
Download it and try to install it. Let me know how it goes.

I talked this over with our devs. Your problem is that the installer is unable to create the necessary shortcuts in the start menu for some reason. We reached the conclusion that the best solution might be to create a custom installer for you.  This custom installer would be rigged to skip the creation of Start Menu shortcuts in order to avoid the issue altogether.

But first off let me know how the installation of the R1 release goes.

Just tried the new release and it won't install either. I have no idea why it would be something with the start menu - weird.

Here's the log. That would be great if I can get another installer.
