According to documentation on this site only intergration to HPQC 11 is supported and tested.
I am trying to connect to HPQC 10. Maybe it is the main issue, but when Telerik logs in to HPQc with user that has permissions to Create folders there's a problem like on screenshot:

Is the version incompatibility the cause of this problem or this is another issue?

Hello Maria,
Please use HPQC version 11 and then give it a try. If you are still experiencing this behavior we will need to take a look at the application log. Please make sure you clear the log prior reproducing the problem.
