You can have as many execution servers as you buy. Please note that each execution server is a new Test Studio Run-Time edition. More information you can find using this link.
Using the scheduling functionality you can distribute your tests towards your execution servers.
For 10 000 tests you need to separate them into test lists and schedule the executions carefully, note that the test list executions should not overlap.
