When i install the telerik with the version TestStudio_2011_1_502_Trial.msi, it pops up the window (Please see the attached picture)
what happened on the telerik installation? I am so confused…… (hmm, I am guessing if it is the cause that my Product ID is not consistent with the Registration Key that mentioned in the attached screenshot?)

currently your License Holder (Yan Philippe --> yan.philippe@msnbc.com ) hold a couple of Test Studio licenses. Both of these have already been assigned to different machines via a keys. In order to activate Test Studio on another machine you will have to remove on of these keys (which will deactivate one of the currently activate Test Studio instances). You can manage these keys from Yan Philippe's account (screenshot 1). Alternatively you can purchase an additional account if you don't want to deactivate on of your current Test Studio instances.

But I have a question: How can I remove one of the keys? When I logged on with my account and in this page www.telerik.com/account.aspx clicked the Mange Test Studio Keys. It navigated to pic1.png;
Then click the Deactivate in pic1.png, what I should type in pic2.png?
Last, in your response, it indicated that only the License Holder (Yan Philippe --> yan.philippe@msnbc.com) can help with the license key, right?

I'm apologize - I've misled you a bit. You remove activation keys from your account only for versions post the new R1 release. It's still possible to deactivate the licenses for older version but you'll need a deactivation key as seen in your second screenshot. In order to get this resolved in a timely fashion I've went ahead and deactivated on of the two keys. You should be able to activate Test Studio now.

After typed the Registration Key, it's still be the same warning message saying "The Registration Key you have provided is not valid for this machine. Please contact us here with this Machine Info Key:" . Please kindly see the attached file telerik_error.png for detailes.

Not sure if you have received my mail? But the outlook said it failed to send it out.
Just now i tried to activate. But there's no the Machine Info key and the key file i can see in the telerik site.

I have seen the mail just now. According to your saying, It is the same failure to activate again. Could you kindly help to look at this issue directly via the screensharing? Could be on tomorrow to help me?

Thank you for the tracking down! And I’d like to say something below which may have you know more and be helpful on resolving this problem as well.
In fact I have been added as a licensed user that known from the telerik mail which sent out in 2011/05/24. But until yesterday in my junk email box I found the telerik mail which was considered as the junk one by my outlook. I uninstalled the TestStudio_2011_1_502_Trial.msi. Referring to the instructions described in telerik mail, I choose the version “WebUI_TestStudio_Developer_2010_3_1421_Purchase” and have it downloaded. In the process of installing the new version, I see there’s no text box for me to type the Registration Key. (see the attached file)
What can I do for that?
Anything unclear please let me know.
