We have a number of test lists being run via CLI, as a result we get similar number of .aiiresult files. Is there a way to automatically export these results into Excel files?
Final desired result is - getting aggregated report of all test cases with their result - in one single file.

Thank you for your query.
Here all available options when running tests from the command line. You could automatically export the results in html and xml which you could then include in an aggregate report as per your requirements. These are available from last year in Test Studio release 2016 R3.
On the other hand I would like to inform you that with release 2017 R1 we have introduced the improved Reports section which you might also find useful.
