hi, I am doing poc on test studio , it is possible to test the http link with dynamic parameters(both load test and web test)
such as
http://www.w3schools.com/bootstrap/tryit.asp?filename=@parameters

Could you please provide more details on what exactly you are trying to achieve?

What do you mean by testing a link, do some verification or what exactly. Also please provide more clarity on what in load testing you are interested in, since you cannot load test a link. More about load testing you can find here.

I want to design a test case by using a list of parameters , and this parameters will pass to request. when success , the page will show "success" otherwise it will show  error message.

If you are trying to test some dynamic parameters in the URL I am afraid that would not be possible with Test Studio.
