Hello
I've had this problem a few times.
I record a button click from the blue nub.
I play back the test and I can see it not even try to click the button I just recorded on.
It can't seem to find the button.
What is a better way to record the click if the blue nub will not work?

Hi Sebastian,
Why not just click on your button, instead of recording a desktop mouse click via the element menu (which opens when you click on the blue nub)? We record clicks on virtually all elements contained in your application (an input text box is about the only exception). Is there something special or unusual about your button you're trying to click on?
Best wishes,

Ok, let's pursue the path that the element to click on can't be found during test execution. The absolute best way for us to help you with this problem is for us to be able to access your web application directly, and you give us detailed instructions how to reproduce the problem.
The next best is for you to send us a video of you recording and executing your test. Jing is a good and free screen recorder. We also need the exported test results after the test failed for analysis.
