Hello,
I recorded test and when i want playback it on Chrome and Firefox then i can't do that. On Firefox Telerik Framework is turned off because it's incompatible with it. How it's possible? I use trial version

In Chrome telerik plugin is working but after i click submit button, the page not reload. I see only "please wait". When i turn off telerik plugin then website open correct.

Hello Michal,

There are two extensions for Firefox, and only one should be enabled based on what version you have. See here for more troubleshooting tips.

Your second description sounds like a known issue with the Chrome Extension in the version you're using. Attached is the new Chrome Extension. Please proceed as follows:

  1. Delete the old Telerik Test Studio Extension from Chrome > Settings > Extensions.
  2. Download the extension file, extract it, and drag & drop it to the Chrome Extensions window.
  3. Chrome asks for confirmation to load the new extension.

Thank you for answer.Chrome now is correct. I do exactly like this http://www.telerik.com/automated-testing-tools/support/documentation/user-guide/troubleshooting_guide/test-execution-problems/firefox/firefox-extension-not-installed.aspx but Firefox still not work correctly. I have Test Studio version 2012.1.719.0, and Firefox 14.01. I attach my print screen with Firefox settings.

Hello Michal,

I have tried to run a test with Mozilla Firefox polish version and I wasn't able to repro this behavior. Could you please disable and enable the extension as well as disable all third party plugins and add-ons and give it a try?

Kind regards,
Ivaylo

Hi Ivaylo,
Problem solved. I'm really stupid. I don't change the When Firefox starts selection to Show a blank page. I didn't saw this section while I was reading "Configuring Firefox for Test Studio Automation". Now all is correct. I'm really sorry for waste your time. Thank you very much for your time.

Regards,
Michał Stawik
