 when I close the Test Studio and reopen it
 
the errorlog is :can't  found  'FrameCtl00Ctl000'

I mean the 'FrameCtl00Ctl000'  does exist, But  when I close the Test Studio and reopen it,the errorlog is :can't  found  'FrameCtl00Ctl000'
why?

Hi Chao,

This is often due to a dynamic frame Id or Name. This is remedied by using the tilde (~) character to indicate a partial match. If the Src string contains a dynamic query, set UseQuery to False. 

Please check this article and perform the steps described.
