I'm not 100% sure I understand your question.

WebUI Test Studio has two editions: QA edition which is a stand-alone application (the one which you're already using) and Dev edition.

Dev edition is a Visual Studio plugin - you will need Visual Studio 2008 or 2010 with installed Testing Tools component. (The Express edition of Visual Studio doesn't include Testing Tools)
Dev edition has its own forum and support ticket section so any questions specifically related to Dev edition should be posted there.
