When to Use the Ticket System

We offer forums, documentation, sample apps and more to get you started, but don’t hesitate to use a ticket if:

• You’re having trouble implementing a scenario. We’ll point you in the right direction with code snippets and relevant information.
• You’re having trouble locating something in the documentation.
• You can’t find a feature you need. Most often we’ll have it or a simple workaround.
• You find a bug.

How to Get the Fastest Response

Before submitting a ticket, prepare the following information:

• Full version number of the Telerik control or product being used
• Operating system details of your development machine/server
• Browser type and version number (where applicable)
• IDE Edition (Including Service Packs)
• Preferred coding language

We need all the above information to assist you quickly and efficiently.

Optionally, you can attach a file with your project so we can look at your code.
