Hello Marcus,

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem.
In order to assist you further on this we will need you to provide us with your application so we can reproduce this behavior on our side. Could you please attach your WPF application in this ticket?
If you are not able to provide us with the application please record a short video so we can witness this behavior.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Hello Marcus,

Thank you for providing me with the video so I can witness this behavior.
The problem is that your application starts with a splash screen and we have a known issue on splash screen handling. However this issue should be resolved in Test Studio version 2012.2.920 which you are using. I can reopen the existing bug but I will need to have a local repro before I proceed. Could you please send me the application so I can recreate the issue on our side?

Looking forward to hear from you.

All the best,
Ivaylo

Hello Marcus,

I am sorry to hear you are still experiencing this issue.
In order to investigate this further we will need you to provide us with your WPF application so we can reproduce this behavior locally. If you are going to provide us with your application please note that it will be better to submit a support ticket where the information remains private.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Kind regards,

Hello,

Like i said, its not possible to give you our WPF app because i havent the permission to change or send the Source Code.

But i can show you in Teamviewer for example or how do you handle with problems like this?
Or can you give me a email address where i can get help?

Best Regards

Marcus

Hello Marcus,

Please note that we will not require your source code, you can provide us with the .exe file of your built WPF app. Via Teamviewer we can only witness this issue but we will not be able to handle it. In cases like this, when we have a local repro we provide it to our developers and they start debugging Test Studio source code for the possible reason of failure, when found we can issue a custom build of Test Studio for you so you can continue your testing. But without your help we cannot proceed any further.

Thank you for your understanding.
