Chrome is configured to download the file without asking for a save location. If I run the test list with "Use Browser Extension" is True, files downloaded successfully. If "Use Browser Extension" is False, in the Downloads list I see something like that.

Hello Gadi,
I am sorry to hear you experience any issues with the download dialog and will assist with sorting these out.
First note to mention is that you need to calibrate your browser - this will change the download configuration to always ask where to save the file. This is part of the required settings for Test Studio automation and if you need to check all these settings manually you can expand the Manual Configuration section at the bottom of the mentioned article.
Once the browser is calibrated you can proceed with recording the test scenarios. Then while recording the test with the file to download, you will notice that there is a dedicated step added into the test, which specifies the folder and name of the file. This step will then handle the dialog during test execution.
And finally I want to address the actual misbehavior you identified - while recording the download step, the file is not really saved into the specified location. This is a bug we identified last week and there is a public item logged on the topic in our feedback portal. We will work on fixing this in the near future.
The good news is that despite the misbehavior during recording the test, you can execute this without any issues. So, please, calibrate your browser, re-record the test and check its execution outcome. Don't hesitate to contact me back in case you face any troubles with this.
