Since the issue occurs while recording we will require the application under test to debug in our environment - is there any possibility to provide us the application or a sample one?

when submitting the ticket – is that the correct version you are using? If, yes, please update to the latest version of Test Studio
which is R2 2018 (v. 2018.2.606)
