With Telerik Testing Framework (ArtOfTest.WebAii) and Telerik Test Studio, is there support to allow for the automation of a common operation for selection of Context Menu to View Item or Edit Item in a SharePoint List

Test Studio has support for all kinds of common operations via our Test-as-step feature. This is not specific to SharePoint or any other web technology.

The Telerik Testing Framework is nothing more than a programming API. You have to hand code all your tests, but you could create common functions to handle common tasks for you.
