In test studio i am recording simple script in which person tries to login in particular website through login windows and is successful then recording stops. Then I change the password field in recorded step.And again executed the script. It fails but shows redirected page after failure of login which is not recorded in script.

I'm not sure I understand the issue 100% correctly?
You've deliberately set your test to input the incorrect password. Imputing the wrong password causes the page to redirect to a different page. Is this correct?
Please clarify exactly what the nature of the problem is. Even though the re-direct is not recorded as a step this is not a problem for Test Studio. After the re-direct occurs you can record actions and verifications against the new URL the way you would normally.
