I’m testing a webpage that enforces agreeing to the site's Terms and Conditions before proceeding on.  This page uses AngularJS to implement a form where the user must scroll to the bottom before the “I agree” button gets enabled.  The only way to access the bottom of the T&C text (enabling the button) is via scrollbar.

    See attached file for details

    Hi Paul,

Thank you for providing details on the case.

Is this "Terms and Conditions" an element of the DOM in the application? If so - it will be possible to use highlighting feature and to record a scroll step on the "Link" element from the text in the page. To complete this please follow next steps:

     - enable highlighting from the recording tool-bar pressing on "Highlight Element" button
     - point the "Link" heading from the text
     - from the elements menu choose - Scroll Actions -> To Page Top
     - then continue with the confirmation step

If it is not part of the DOM for some reason you could record a blind click actions as described here and here

I hope these directions are helpful.
