The settings from your image appear correct. The fact that you received any email notification at all even further suggests that your smtp setup is correct. What I suspect to be the issue is that you have not adjusted your Notification Settings to include the desired content. This must be done when you initially schedule the test list itself. for more information and specifically note the image associated with step 7 in the workflow which shows the various 'EMAIL CUSTOMIZATION' options that allow you to adjust what information is sent out after execution of the list is complete.
