To help us advise you, could you please provide some additional clarification on what you mean by "access" to radmultipage and radpageview?
You may find our project sample which come with Test Studio to be useful, at least as a starting point. By default this project is located in the directory:
'C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\Test Studio\Samples\RadControls Wrappers\ASP.NET AJAX'
Specifically, I suspect the TabStripTests.cs code sample would be of most use to you. Please let me know if it helps.
