How to add load test agents

I followed the steps listed below to add a load test agent on another PC.

However, on my Load Controller, all I see is the only test agent on my local box, NOT the new agent on another PC.

What do I need to check?

I've enabled logging and was able to see the following message:
Unable to talk to the controller.

I think that was my issue. However, I have no idea how to make my load agent to talk to the controller :-(  I was able to ping the controller from the agent box just fine. I verified the port number was correct. I don't know what else to check.

Hi Maria,
the first thing you should try is turning off firewalls on one or both machines. This will usually resolve this type of problem.

Hi Stoich

I have the problem Maria described, i have a load agent on a virtual box and the controller, reporter and another agent on the host machine 

I can ping the virtual box from the host and viceversa but can't see the load agent on the load test environment view, i'm using a trial version on both machines with the same Telerik version

What i can do ? already turned off the firewalls, and the virtual box network adapter is set as "Bridge"
