How many active windows TTS support?

Hi i am having some difficulties recording 4th window, i made those steps to search window by partial title and url, i don't think it is mater, when i come to 4th window it stops to record is it a limitation?

forgot to mention that these windows are modal popups, let say i start in new browser instance, i open one modal window, from that window third window and from that window forth, and when i open 5th modal popup it stops recording and do not record step "connect to..."

Hi Zym,

There's no really a limitation in terms of popups count the recorder can connect, rather there's something specific to the actual modal popup the recorder fails to connect to. Is this a public web site we can access and troubleshoot the problem?

Also are you recording with IE and which version is that? Can you check if this is specific to the actual environment, e.g. try on a different OS or IE version?

Do you get the same experience running the recorder in different browser (Chrome or Firefox if you get the problem on IE)?

sorry but no, it is not for public eyes. We have this 11 version of IE, i can't run on other browser, because app runs only on IE, and it runs in emulation of 5th version of Explorer apparently. We just trying out if this tool can work with that type of app which is kind of old...

well...i have no idea what is wrong...It happens when i call from iframe modal window of IE and from there i click another button and open another modal window, and from that point no recording happening. Is there know issues with connecting to windows? I would like to see and try to identify what is wrong.

Might this be because. lets say i have this scenario:

1 Open instance 1
11 Open modal 
12 Open another Modal  
13 Open new instance 1

and it would stop recording from modal 12 when new instance of window is opened?

Lets say limitation of recording per instance browser?
