Hi,

First I recorded a test using a PC with two screens, then some steps were saved in a second screen.

When I pass the test to other PC that has just one screen, then the steps recorded in a second screen from the first PC, was lost in the PC with one screen, so this makes that the test fails.

So, I had to recordered again the steps that force me use a second screen, b/c in the actual PC  I just  have one screen

There is a way to manage this?   to keep the test running in the same screen, no matter if the test was recorded in a PC with two screens?

Thanks

Hello,

There's only a couple of action steps that might be affected by dual monitors. Can you tell me which test steps are having trouble? If it's a drag & drop operation you can manually tweak the window position by adjusting the WindowX and WindowY properties as shown in the attached screen shot. Test Studio will move the top & left sides of the window to these coordinates in order to precisely copy the drag & drop operation. It records what the window position was at when the drag & drop was recorded. If you positioned the window on the second monitor then Test Studio will try to put the browser window back on the second monitor.

I hope this helps.
