Hello Madhu,

I reviewed your video and recreated your environment as best I could. I used a Remote Desktop Connection to connect to a Windows XP machine running Test Studio 2012.1.411.

Whether I launched the Bug Tracking Configuration from the Extensions ribbon or through Project Settings, the Advanced Settings dialog always loaded in the foreground.

Let me know if you have any other suggestions to reproduce the issue. In the meantime, it appears you have a work-around to drag the dialog into view.
