Bug report: chaning scheduling connection does not work

When changing the location of the scheduling connection, it does not update the connection. I have to kill the test runner (agent) first before I can actually change it to another url.

Hello Geert,

I am sorry you are experiencing this behavior. However I am not able to reproduce this and log it as a bug. Here is a short video on how this is running on my side. 
Please note that I am using the latest internal 2013.1.1120 build which you can download from here and this is the link for the Run-Time.

Please give it a try and let me know how this is working for you.

NOTE!
If you proceed with upgrading please note that you should setup the Scheduling server and the storage service during the installation.
